Operational readiness for immediate academic tutoring

This document outlines my practical familiarity with Canvas LMS and how I use it as an operational tool for tutoring, academic follow up, and student support within Teclab’s learning environment.

The objective is to demonstrate immediate platform readiness and zero onboarding friction.

1. Familiarity with Canvas LMS

I have hands on experience navigating and operating within Canvas in an academic context, including:

• Course navigation and structure
  • Modules, assignments, and resources
• Assignment submissions
  • Reviewing student uploads and delivery status
• Feedback and grading tools
  • Written feedback aligned to rubrics and learning objectives
• Academic tracking
  • Monitoring progress, deadlines, and completion states

This allows me to work comfortably inside the platform from day one.

2. How I Use Canvas as a Tutor

Canvas is not only a delivery platform it is a management and follow up system.

As a tutor, I use it to:
